Relax, Release, Renew provides a facilitated respite in a retreat type environment that takes women away from multiple daily demands, to recharge themselves among like-minded women.  Each year we select a retreat location with close proximity to water.  The event begins with registration and reception, followed by two days of facilitated activities, with private time built in for relaxation and introspection.  September 2018 we retreated in Niagara Falls, New York to celebrate 20 years of RRR!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We partnered with Motherland Connextions Freedom Seekers Heritage Tour of Niagara Falls, which was founded in 1993 by a group of educators, historians and preservationist who believed in using historic places and landscapes to reveal the historic past. Motherland Connextions is a heritage tour company that uses tourism to educate. They have been featured in articles on tourism in the NY Times, U.S. News and World Reports and National Geographic, as well as on the History and Travel Channels’ Secrets of Niagara. Their experiential, upscale tours focused on authenticity, and accuracy. Costumed Guides armed with iPad's and loaded with historic images presented the Niagara Falls/Buffalo region from an historical perspective, as we toured the region stopping at historic sites and general sites of interest.
